The Inpatient and Outpatient Director of Laboratory will oversee Staffing, Budgetary oversight, Policy Development, and ensure Compliance across multiple departments including Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry. The Hospital Lab Director will ensure Inpatient and Outpatient laboratory services have efficient workflows and staff meet regulatory and professional standards. The Hospital Lab Director will lead a strong team of Laboratory Supervisors, Medical Technologists, Phlebotomists, and other Support Staff.

The ideal candidate is Bachelors-prepared and has previous experience leading Accreditation activities and Service Line Growth in acute care settings.
