Job description
Under supervision, works on the diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance and construction, does semiskilled grounds construction and maintenance work and performs related tasks as required.Requirements:
May operate small power equipment, backpack blowers, weed eaters, and edgers. Can use all hand tools on related tasks. Grades and prepares a soil plant bed, lay sod, rake bunkers, assist in construction of green, bunkers, tees and fairways by grading, preparing soil and planting. Trim trees, plants, cultivate shrubs and flowers.
SUPERVISION
Reports directly to the maintenance foreman, golf course superintendent or the assistant superintendent.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
Employees are expected to follow the company policies at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, attendance standards, alcohol and drugs, confidentiality (and conflict of interest), dress and personal appearance, telephone use and safety procedures. Please refer to your Employee Handbook for specific guidelines to these policies.

Wage: $17.00 an hour
