Landscape Construction Laborer - $23 - $27 +/hr DOE & Advancement + BENEFITS + SIGNING BONUS

We are looking for reliable and hard-working laborers to join our family. Come help us build beautiful landscapes for our high-end clients and be part of a growing and career-minded company. Job Requirements:

• Hardworking / energetic / reliable

• Be okay with working outdoors, even in inclement weather

• Must have access to reliable transportation

• Must be able to follow instruction

• Must be eager to learn

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Landscape Construction experience helpful (valued) but not required. We are NOT a landscape maintenance company, i.e. mowing, weeding, etc.

• Ability to run skid steers and mini excavators a big plus

Compensation:

• Experienced Landscape Construction Laborer wages start at $25.00 - $27.00+ hr/ + Benefits after 90 days + possible production incentive

• Minimal or no landscape construction experience wages start at $23.00 - $25.00+ hr/ + Benefits after 90 days + possible production incentive

We offer a competitive wage, plus excellent benefits including Health Care/Dental/Vision/ free Life Insurance/401k and Paid Time Off, and a possible production incentive (up to $5.50+/hr above base pay).

$1,000 Signing Bonus: Two $250 BONUSES (after 90 days/180 days), and one $500 BONUS at one year of employment!
