We are currently looking for a highly organized individual to join our team as a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor. The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor installs, repairs and maintains our client’s landscapes and irrigation.
What you'd be responsible for…
- Managing and training production crews.
- Scheduling employees.
- Recruiting employees and subcontractors through referrals and advertising.
- Processing work orders.
- Performing quality control for maintenance jobs.
- Inspecting properties weekly.
- Meeting with customers regularly to inspect properties.
- Managing budgets and labor.
- Reporting to owner of company.
What experience we're looking for…
- Commercial landscape maintenance and construction experience.
- Account management experience.
- Experienced in plant identification.
- Irrigation license is a plus.
What skills we're looking for…
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite).
- General knowledge of irrigation systems.
- Knowledge of plants.
- Knowledge of blueprints, takeoffs and hardscapes a plus.
Other requirements…
- Clean DMV record.
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
- Neat appearance a must.
- Must have own vehicle to drive to and from work.
