The main responsibility of the Maintenance Field Manager is to assist in the management of all landscape maintenance accounts with precision, professionalism, and consistency. The successful candidate will be a professional, highly motivated, organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve and make reasonable administrative decisions based on company policies and practices. In this role, the Maintenance Field Manager will interact with clients, property managers, owners of the company and Flora Landscapes team members on a daily basis. Therefore, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The Maintenance Field Manager will communicate with Maintenance Account Manager, Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Division Manager on a daily basis.

50 hour work week.

Monday - Friday

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist Maintenance Division team in supervision of maintenance division employees
• Instruct and manage maintenance crews with tasks to be performed on a daily basis
• Work along with maintenance employees as needed to assure proper execution of daily tasks
• Note problems or potential problems on all properties and resolve them in a timely manner
• Maintain open lines of regular communication with homeowners concerning their landscape
• Walk all maintenance properties, note issues, make recommendations to clients, and report back to Maintenance Coordinator
• Perform minor field work as needed to include irrigation repairs, turf care treatments and plant replacements
• Manage equipment maintenance and repairs with Shop Supervisor
• Insure all employees are working in a safe and efficient manner

Qualifications:

*Two years of landscape management experience

*Two years lawn maintenance experience

Starting salary for qualified applicant's - $42,000.00 - $45,000.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
