Integrity Lawn Care - (Arnold) is looking to hire top-quality individuals who strive for excellence and enjoy working hard.

Wages

• $19 - $24 /hr.
• Pay is based on experience and work ethic.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have a strong work ethic and can think efficiently.

• Are teachable and friendly towards others.

Essentials:

• Must be entirely drug-free
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Lawn Mowing, trimming, and blowing off. Leaf clean-up and other service types.

• Landscaping Services - Includes a variety of services including aeration, overseeding, fertilization, hedge trimming, mulch installation, and smaller landscaping-type projects such as garden beds and plant installations.

• Opportunities for year-round work are reserved for the right candidates with a certain skill set as well as additional opportunities for our future co-op program with other businesses who need help during the Winter months.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's license

• Have reliable transportation

• Maintain a drug-free workplace

• Must adhere to workplace tobacco policies

• Own your own smartphone with a data plan

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform other physical requirements related to the job

• Willing to submit to a criminal background check (and discuss past failures if there is a record and demonstrate how you are working towards becoming a better individual).

Premium Candidates:

• Prior commercial mowing/landscaping experience is ideal, but applicants who come with an above-average desire to learn, ask questions, and have a strong work ethic will be given consideration.
