The LCSW Manager Social Services will plan, develop, implement, and evaluate social services activities, policies, and programs for the hospital’s outpatient services. This Manager will maintain responsibility for quality management, fiscal management, and employee relations. The LCSW Manager Social Services will lead their staff by recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching social work team members. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in addition to their Master of Social Work (MSW) and will be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
