Job description
This position is responsible for driving scheduled routes, working with the Regional Scheduler to provide information that will aide them in providing Drivers with an efficient, doable, and timely schedule. Other responsibilities include training as required, maintaining records and databases, compiling county reports, and revenue monitoring/collections, training drivers. Processing county feedback regarding schedules and helping to incorporate changes that enable Mid-Cumberland to provide quality customer service is necessary.
Job responsibilities require dedicated attention to detail, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to make logical decisions with real time information. The Regional Coordinator evaluates job performance. Full benefits, 40 hrs/week. EOE
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience to perform necessary functions of the job. At least 25 years of age Good computer and customer service skills. Pass Pre-employment drug screen, and be included in random testing pool Clean background check
