Duties and Responsibilities:

15% Oversees delivery of the integrated curriculum and attends all classroom sessions. Coordinates with curriculum developers at Babson College to integrate curriculum review and updates.
20% Oversees faculty development, leads prep calls and launch meetings, and supports faculty members to assure quality curriculum delivery.
45% Facilitates 16 classroom sessions per cohort in collaboration with other module faculty. Leads debrief sessions following each session
10% Coordinates with Program Manager, Business Services Support Director and Business Advising team on program content and delivery. Works with Executive Director.
5% Work closely with the Alumni Manager, Outreach Director to support outreach efforts, leverage and deepen relationships with the local business ecosystem and community
5% Supports the process for collecting Measurement & Evaluation data from scholars and alumni.

Required Education: Bachelors degree from accredited institution.

Required Experience: At least 5 years of classroom teaching and/or corporate training experience.
Experience teaching, mentoring, advising, or counseling small business owners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Licenses or Certifications: None

Preferred Education: Masters degree or Bachelors degree preferably with emphasis in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Finance.

Preferred Experience: Ability to lead, organize and mentor other faculty.
Experience teaching entrepreneurship in a college or university setting.
Previous college or university teaching experience, and practical experience in
entrepreneurship.
Excellent planning, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with small business owners, broader program team, and local community partners.
High personal and professional ethical standards.
Knowledge of best practices for entrepreneurial success.
