The Lead Front Desk Associate is responsible for assisting in the leadership and mentoring of the Front Desk team and seamless operations of the facility. Acts as management on duty in absence of other management. Includes same responsibilities as Front Desk Associate, leading by exemplary example. Includes, but not limited to, the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding services and products, booking all appointments, promoting membership sales, checking the guest into the computer system, customizing the guest’s massage, and charging for services performed.

Our We Groom/You Groom business model makes it easy for pet parents to pop in and wash their dog, or you can schedule an appointment with one of our highly skilled and vetted dog grooming pros for a full-service bathing option. The menu includes customized services to meet every dog's needs and extra attention to what we know our furry friends want.


We are looking for front desk experience to be part of growing this new and exciting brand. This person will be working as a Lead front desk associate in West Hollywood and ensuring its success as a flagship for future growth.


Responsibilities

  • Create great experiences for dogs and their humans
  • Sell memberships, services and products that are beneficial to dogs
  • Maintain and clean and safe environment
  • Answer guests questions and educate them on ways to take care of their pets
  • Acknowledge and greet every dog and human who enters and leaves our shop
  • Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management
  • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests that require attention
  • Express your love and enthusiasm for dogs!
  • Pay: $20-$22/hour

Qualifications

  • Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Must possess basic math and money handling skills.
  • Enjoy working with people, and dogs, and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.
