Job description
The Charcoal Grill in Oak Creek is looking for Lead cooks to join our team. We are currently looking for one individual for lunch shift and two individuals for dinner hours.
Lead Cooks need to have the ability to run the kitchen tickets, broil meats on wood fire, sandwich board, salads and wood fired pizza area.
Hours of operations are daily from 11:30am to 9pm, on Sunday we open at 9am for brunch service.
Both full and part time positions are available. Must be able to work at least 4 shifts a week. Lead cooks are expected to be on the line during peak volume days and nights. Hours are flexible, but must include Sunday, Friday and Saturday .
Ideal schedule for moving position will be as follows:
Thursday - 9:30am to 4pm doing prep, Friday and Saturday - 11:30am to 8pm cooking on the line, Sunday - 8am to 3pm and 4:30pm to 8:30pm - doing brunch work and cooking on the line.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
