We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Product Manager to drive the development and execution of our Lead to Cash capability within our Salesforce platform. What you will do:
- Defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for our Lead to Cash capability, with a focus on optimizing the end-to-end process within the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, and Engineering to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
- Identifying and evaluating new opportunities to improve Lead to Cash processes, drive automation, and enhance customer experience.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products, customer needs, and best practices to drive value proposition.
- Defining, tracking, and analyzing key performance metrics to measure product success, drive data-driven decisions, and continuously improve the Lead to Cash capability.
- Managing the product backlog, prioritizing features based on customer needs, business value, and ROI, while ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Leading product enhancement and optimization, including salesforce integration, streamlined workflows, and sales enablement materials.
- Acting as a subject matter expert and evangelist for the Lead to Cash capability both internally and externally, providing guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels.
You need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically in B2B SaaS organizations.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end Lead to Cash processes, including lead generation, opportunity management, quoting, contracting, and revenue recognition.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and best practices.
- Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with other CRM platforms or Lead to Cash solutions.
- Demonstrated success in launching new products or features in a B2B SaaS environment.
