The leader in professional electronics repair, uBreakiFix, is once again… *sparklers and air horns* NOW HIRING!! We are looking for talented individuals that wish to hone their skills as technicians and customer educators. We break stuff in the name of science to learn to fix it and take on the challenge repairing broken gadgets in order to fulfill our need to repair. We’re the master menders, the resurrectors of tech, the purveyors of device devastation. We’re the guys and gals at the other end of the counter assuring customers that we can fix it all and the ones behind the curtain making sure that every customer has a great experience.

Our goal is to find an individual that is willing to learn the beautiful trade of technology repair. The only real requirement is that you love to help other people. Our job is about fixing technology, yes, but the real goal is to aid those in need… to save the baby pictures off of a water damaged phone, to get the entrepreneur back in business after he breaks his tablet, to help grandma download security software to prevent those pesky viruses. But most of all we are looking for individuals that want to grow and help us grow our ever-expanding team.

The store environment is much like a family, we teach each other new things, come together to beat tough deadlines, assist one another when the device queue gets crazy, but most of all we maintain a fun, safe, positive, and motivating work environment (with occasional wisecracking of course, it’s good for the soul). Everyday our goal is to challenge ourselves to be better than we were the day before. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Work well in team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- A+ Certification
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT)
- Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles
- Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics
- Previous experience working at retail electronics store

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
