Job Summary

  • Responsible for leading the activities of the information technology technical staff in support of local and outreach facilities.
  • Coordinates with the Technology Manager and Engineering staff to evaluate regional IT infrastructure needs to ensure acceptable performance, compatibility, and infrastructure consolidation goals are met.
  • Coordinates with staff to ensure timely resolution of customer issues, integration of services between teams, efficient interaction between staff, and smooth handoff of customer issues between teams.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Four years related experience and/or training preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • Certification in operating systems, NOS systems, and network infrastructure preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $30.25 - $45.75 per hour
