PILOT INCENTIVES
We're hiring a Lear45 PIC Float Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to our customers. This pilot will be qualified to fly our learjets . Scheduled shifts run 15 on/15 off and service day or night trips. NOW HIRING - Lear 45 PIC Pilots
PILOT INCENTIVES
- Hiring range from $127,500-$144,000 annually ($105,000-$120,000 + $10,500-$12,000 geo modifier + $12,000 stipend)
- $15,000 sign on bonus (after successful completion of their training/checkride)
- $40,000 retention bonus (6 month wait period and this is a 3-year program)
- may have a 0-35% geographic modifier added to base pay
- 15 on/15 off schedule
- Company paid crewhousing
We're hiring a Lear45 PIC Float Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to our customers. This pilot will be qualified to fly our learjets . Scheduled shifts run 15 on/15 off and service day or night trips. Responsibilities:
- Pilot will work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and company requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
- Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts, load manifests, etc.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with both air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
- Provide shift change info to transitioning pilot and team, and follows protocols for recording company change board details.
- Pilots are accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing ground and air training.
Other Responsibilities:
- Committed to being on-time, reliable, professional and meet our elevated standards in safety and service.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- ATP Certificate
- Current FAA Class I Medical Certificate
- 4,000 total flight hours
- 750 Turbojet
- 6 months Alaska flying experience (preferred)
Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Position requires submitting your own flight plans, self-dispatching, may require de-icing the plane and/or towing from the hangar
- Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, o ccasionally required to stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Frequently lift and/or move a minimum of 70 pounds
- May assistance with loading and unloading patients
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Required to work in outside weather conditions
