- Identification of learning needs and assisting in the preparation of the Annual Learning Plan
- Preparation of learning modules based on identified learning needs. o Maintain and manage the learning calendar for BMI o
- To conduct learning programs as per the approved Calendar.
- Adherence & Tracking of the learning budget as per the learning plan o Ensure effective and high-quality learning delivery in close cooperation with key internal & external stakeholders.
- Stimulates learner motivation and encourages participation o Activate learning offerings to employees by liaising with Key stakeholders o Content Design & Delivery
- Design, develop and deliver effective learning content. — consult and work with the GP head/ HR head on significant redesigning of the content to keep the content and delivery aligned with learning needs.— — using data and insights into the business to build or adapt learning methods, materials or technology that will support the learners.
- Focus on using blended, virtual, self-directed and experiential learning models over traditional classroom delivery to increase adaptability and effectiveness.
- Managing the average learning hours/ learning person-days per employee
- Manage sourcing and selection of internal facilitators and external vendors
- Conducting Functional & Behavioral Trainings organization-wide o Learning Management System (LMS)
- Administration of the company's Learning Management System (LMS), including ongoing development, configuration, curriculum creation and modification & necessary reporting
- Perform all administrative tasks in the technology platforms to co-create a learning organization
- Provides technical support to the new users through appropriate learning/change management interventions to increase user adoption. Process Compliance
- Analyzing and evaluating the results of training and educational programs
- Tracking and adhering to the learning Policy of BMI
- Maintains the learning master, tracks the number of person-days, keeping track of actual Vs. Delivered training
Qualifications
- Postgraduate (MBA/MA psychology) from a good university or B School;
- exposure to psychometrics is desirable
- 8 years of EXPERIENCE in L&D; exposure to content design is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Training models, for Example— the Kirkpatrick model & Kolbe model.
- MS Office, proficiency in Advance Excel and PowerPoint o Prior exposure to the administration of LMS platforms (Cornerstone)
- Structured / process-driven work approach Assertiveness: — Maintain & retain confidential information o Needs to exhibit maturity
- Research orientation o Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills
- Willingness to work flexibly and openness to travel
- Attention to detail
- Strong presentation & communication
