Coordinates virtual orientation including verification of attendee list and credentials, assignment of learning paths, live support for virtual orientation, and monitoring training attendance. Partners with leadership to update orientation slides as needed.- Works with P&C and operations to notify of any orientation no-shows and completes submission of orientation time to payroll. Manages facilitator list and communicates any changes to orientation as needed.
- Ensures completion of all orientation requirements including learning path completion and required certifications. Supports People and Culture team to ensure all required legal documents are completed and on file.
- Sends follow-up communication to new hires to include survey feedback requests. Analyzes orientation data and provides summary and recommendations for improvement.
- Works with operations and people and culture team to identify continued areas for improvement in onboarding. Provides recommendations and implements changes as appropriate with measured results
- Leverages collaborative-based technology (i.e., SharePoint, Smartsheet, etc.) to enhance onboarding and training processes within L&D and across the P&C team. Facilitates virtual meetings when needed and provides technical support to include virtual facilitation best practices.
- Updates and ensures accurate learning and training records in the learning management system to include course and path setup, data entry and confirmation, and reporting.
- Supports clinical training team by managing the overflow of new hires to include communications with operations leadership and P&C, training placement, and document management up to and including training completion. Submits required paperwork for retention.
- Supports all surveys and audits through report creation and distribution to targeted operations leadership. Provides regular updates on training progress relating to compliance and other required learning courses.
- Supports the training intake process and forms to meet client needs relating to LMS delivered courses and ongoing distribution.
- Submit requests reimbursements for travel, meal, hotel and other expenses.
- Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training

- Supports onboarding of new employees as needed to include communication and document management, as well as identifying best practices and implementing process efficiencies
- Works closely with the Learning and Development team in developing and implementing culture across all platforms; Apply company culture, mission, vision, and principles in the development of onboarding and training/learning programs for both clinical and non-clinical content and programs.
- Work closely with the marketing team in developing relevant learning and development as well as event related content across all social platforms.
- Participates on cross-functional teams that may include communications committee, safety committee, reward and recognition, as well as other teams to identify and solution for human capital best practices
- As needed, may reserves hotel accommodations and arranges for transportation and other logistics for new hires.
AND
Experience:3 years relevant work experience to include administration, coordination, organization, and/or project management; 3+ years experience with technology to include MS Office or other productivity tools; Education from an accredited college or university may be substituted on a year for year basis; Strong technology skills to include proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Ability to create accurate and effective reporting, data visuals to include charts and graphs, as well as effective presentations/deck building.
