• Manage day-to-day implementation of projects and processes
• Collaborate directly with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and deliver learning activities for a global audience
• Identify training needs, present recommendations, and deliver learning solutions that address performance gaps and institutional learning priorities
• Contribute to the development of learning solutions, including drafting storyboards and development of facilitated sessions
• Support our learning management system (LMS), including course registration, reporting, and building learning curricula

Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Adult Education, International Studies, or related discipline
• 3+ years of related experience in a global organization
• Experience in instructional design based on occupational analysis
• Ability to clearly communicate, accept feedback, and exchange information with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency working across the Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new technology

Skills:

• Fluent Spanish speaker with strong cross-cultural written and verbal communication skills to provide Learning & Development supports for our Mexico office, including translation and facilitation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, problem-solver who can be a flexible team player
• Cultural and linguistic competence and ability to collaborate with diverse groups with a willingness to learn
• Ability to clearly communicate, accept feedback, and exchange information with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency working across the Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new technology
