- Manage day-to-day implementation of projects and processes
- Collaborate directly with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and deliver learning activities for a global audience
- Identify training needs, present recommendations, and deliver learning solutions that address performance gaps and institutional learning priorities
- Contribute to the development of learning solutions, including drafting storyboards and development of facilitated sessions
- Support our learning management system (LMS), including course registration, reporting, and building learning curricula
Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Adult Education, International Studies, or related discipline
- 3+ years of related experience in a global organization
- Experience in instructional design based on occupational analysis
- Ability to clearly communicate, accept feedback, and exchange information with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency working across the Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new technology
Skills:
- Fluent Spanish speaker with strong cross-cultural written and verbal communication skills to provide Learning & Development supports for our Mexico office, including translation and facilitation
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, problem-solver who can be a flexible team player
- Cultural and linguistic competence and ability to collaborate with diverse groups with a willingness to learn
- Ability to clearly communicate, accept feedback, and exchange information with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency working across the Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new technology
