About the opportunity:
NetDocuments is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create and manage the conceptualization, design, development, and implementation of learning products. The Learning Experience Designer will report to the Director of Partner Success. The Ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with expertise in developing engaging and effective technical learning experiences for partners, customers and internal employees that significantly impacts the learners experience and expertise. The content may include structured, formal Instructor led earning with hands-on labs, as well as online synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, to help our learners achieve the competencies required to be successful in the marketplace with NetDocuments Products and services.

What your contributions will be:
  • Utilize instructional design principles to evaluate and translate learning requests into content that meets both the learner and business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand roadmap, product usability for partners, customers, internal colleagues and validate course design and content.
  • Work with multiple NetDocuments teams regarding consistency in designing, developing, and implementing training materials to provide an engaging learning environment.
  • Manage the design of the overall learning experience presented to the learner
  • Direct and guide learning design for internal and partner subject matter experts recruited to produce and publish technical content
  • Manage the development and maintenance of instructional material used to transform technical information into professionally written and engaging instruction
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will need for success:
  • 4+ years of experience in learning and production design
  • Experience leading projects and teams
  • Strong portfolio in learning products and design applications (Bridge, Articulate, Wistia)

Ideally you will have:
  • Legal industry experience
