Execute the learning platform from onboarding to safety certifications to development learning programs.
Duties/Activities Required by Job

• Manages the effective delivery of the training program, directly responsible for providing complex management, coordination, and administrative work in delivering training (in-person and online) for the curriculum for safety and employee development - orientation and certification
• Coordinate required resources, project plans, cost estimates, schedules for all new training.
• Provides reporting on attendance and completion of training
• Builds relationships with employees and works closely with manager to ensure that quality training is delivered.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and standards are met at the training facility

Educations/Experience Requirements

• Bachelors
• 3years of experience
• Experienced Facilitator and Instructional Designer
