Job description
Mauk Miller & Hawkins, PLLC has an opening for a part-time legal assistant. Candidates should have at least two years' experience and should be proficient in MS Office, drafting, editing and proofing, filing in Idaho State and Federal courts, client interaction, and answering phones. Familiarity with employment law, business transactions, criminal law and/or personal injury law preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. The successful candidate will be punctual, organized, accurate, detail-oriented, flexible, and possess a good attitude. Salary DOE.
