Case Strategies Group, LLC (CSG) is looking for Legal Case Administrators to assist with managing mass tort claims and cases. Our case management division is a new, quickly expanding division within our company. This posting is for an entry-level office position, but for those who aspire to grow with us we do promote from within. The candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm (10 am to 6 pm optional) at our DCOTA office located in Dania Beach, FL. Traveling for work will never be required. Overtime opportunity is available on a regular basis.
The selected candidate will be part of a new and growing Legal Case Management division and will have the chance to grow within the department as it expands.
Responsibilities:
- Contact plaintiffs and determine eligibility to advance a claim to the next stage by comparing client information to requirements
- Communicates with and collects documentation from plaintiffs (and/or their attorneys)
- Answer incoming and make outbound phone calls
- Data entry and data corrections in software systems and databases (Dynamics, O365)
- Inform plaintiffs by explaining procedures and court requirements, answering questions, and providing information
- Maintain and improve service quality by adhering to standards and guidelines, and recommending procedural improvements
- Learn and utilize proprietary software to track case life cycles
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities

Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Lives in North Dade, Broward, or South Palm Beach counties (South Florida)
- Associate Degree or higher
Preferences:
- Management experience
- Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Familiarity with Medical Coding is a plus but not required
- Experience with legal field and court procedures
- Bilingual speaker
