What you will do:
    • Perform basic machine set-ups and periodic preventive maintenance.
    • Operate and set up complex manufacturing processes and optimize process parameters and inputs.
    • Perform basic troubleshooting of production tools, tooling and test equipment.
    • Prepare parts for next process and work with chemicals.
    • Collects Statistical Process Control (SPC) data and verifies parts for conformance to specifications.
    • Perform inventory management and data entry.
    • Read and work from drawings, blueprints, and shop paperwork.
    • Communicate well and work in a team environment.
    • Cross train, permitting movement between work centers.
    • Participates in productivity and design improvement, reduces set-up and run times, process improvement teams, work order scheduling, and dispatch list maintenance
    • Performs in-process inspection and clerical functions; estimates time and materials required to complete assignments
    • Ensures all manufactured parts are in full compliance to quality standards. Performs visual inspections on all parts produced and performs actual dimensional verification using measuring instruments as per the guidelines established by the department of the Quality Assurance

May Perform:
    • Shelf life and calibration tasks.
    • Participate in training to progressing employees.



What you must have:
    • Requires High School Degree, Technical or Vocational training, or equivalent.
    • Requires 2-3 years production experience.
    • Previous skills and training using laboratory equipment such as scales, beakers and mixing devises.
  • - Willingness to work 6.00- 2.30 pm Monday – Friday
    • Availability to work overtime as needed to support customer demand.

Physical Requirements:
    • Lift, carry, push and or pull 1-50 lbs frequently.
    • Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently.
  • - Sit, stand, and walk for 1 -10 hours per day.
    • Hearing and vision protection, steel-toed shoes, and appropriate protective clothing.
