AN - ADMIN

Area Networks has an opening in our support team for a level I Admin. This position will be handling system support from desktop to datacenter, hardware and software, while working with the Admin team on infrastructure projects and implementation. The ideal candidate must have good time management skills to effectively work on multiple open tickets and assigned projects, while working with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate with both management and senior admins is critical.

You will be working in our downtown Cleveland office just off of East 9th Monday through Friday, providing support to multiple sites and datacenters across the greater Cleveland suburbs. You will also be working directly with the full Admin team on individual and system projects as they are assigned. You will be responsible for meeting set due dates and times.

This individual should have proven ability with:

- Windows 10/11

- Windows Server 2019

- Hardware troubleshooting

- Network troubleshooting

And should have an understanding of:

- Azure Web Services

- Remote Desktop and Terminal Services

- Active Directory and Group Policy

- Hyper-V virtual platform

Knowledge and experience with the following is beneficial:

- Barracuda security products

- CISCO IOS (switches and routers)

This position provides: - $60,000 to $70,000 starting salary (calculated in part with scores from online assessments)

**Online assessments will need to be completed in order to calculate a salary proposal. The online assessments cover areas of Windows desktop, Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
