About the Role
Zaya is seeking Mental Health Therapists to join our rapidly expanding multi-specialty practitioner network, composed of professionals committed to transforming maternal health and motivated to improve access to their private practice and specialty services.

Qualifications

• You’re a New York state licensed mental health practitioner; your license is current/active to practice in NY
• Eligible licenses include: PMHNP-BC, NP, DNP, MD/DO
• You have an NPI number and malpractice insurance (but we can help you get it at a later date!)
• You have a DEA Registration Number to prescribe, dispense, and administer controlled substances in NY
• You are Board Certified in NY
• You are deeply passionate about increasing access to quality maternal health care

• This is a 1099 / contractor position
• Pay rate: you will be paid per session; the specific rate varies by license type and services provided
