Responsibilities

  • Be proactive and committed to prospecting for new clients, setting appointments, and following up consistently and rapidly on all leads.
  • Personal and professional development with ongoing learning and growth.
  • Memorize and master the consultative process with clients.
  • Work effectively with a transaction coordinator.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the buying and selling process are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Commitment to setting realistic expectations for clients.
  • Strive to over-deliver on expectations.
  • Effectively negotiate for buyer and sellers.
  • Proactively reaching out to listing agents on behalf of buyers to verify the qualifications of buyers.
  • Follow-up is key (Follow-up, Follow-up, FOLLOW-UP)
  • Be proactive, self-motivated, and constantly looking for ways to improve your performance.
  • Provide the highest quality of service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Have a high level of internal motivation
  • Be self-driven and able to consistently push themselves to achieve their goals
  • A valid Colorado Real Estate License is required
  • Negotiate effectively
