NC Center for Resiliency, PLLC. is an established group practice that is focused on strong team values both within the practice and through collaborating with providers in the community. We are actively searching for a Somatic Psychotherapist (LCMHC, LCSW or LMFT) to join our growing team in Chapel Hill, NC.

NC Center for Resiliency, PLLC. is a mental health organization that is focused on the restoration of resiliency and coherence in the mind and body through the use of psychobiological therapy approaches. Our Chapel Hill, NC center is comprised of somatically-informed practitioners that offer services of counseling, consulting, training, and collaboration with integrative medical practitioners for your success. Qualifications:

• Fully licensed and active Clinicians (LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) in North Carolina, required
• Clinician will practice mental health in the areas pertaining to their scope of practice as well as psychobiological based counseling techniques.
• The clinical position will require that the employee stay within network and uphold appropriate certifications through all insurance companies considered in network with NCCR and their state licensing board.
• Clinician will be expected to prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports and ensure that all records meet health insurance standards of medical necessity.
• Clinician will be expected to maintain confidentiality of records relating to therapist-client relationship and follow standards for all federal HIPAA compliance.
• Clinician will ensure that client is in good financial standing with the company and report any issues of finances to company’s business manager.
• Clinician is also responsible for maintaining positive client relationships and keeping clients as long as clinical needs suggest.
• Clinician will be required to sign a non-compete document prior to employment with NCCR so as there are no conflicts of interest in employment.
• Training in Somatic Experiencing preferred or will be provided upon being hired for the position.
