SUMMARY OF JOB:
Provides outpatient individual, group, and/or family mental health therapy services to patients and related duties for those patients. Delivers services at Redeemer Health office locations, via telehealth, and/or community setting.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in counseling, social work or related program.
Minimum of 2 years counseling experience working in mental health.
Minimum 5 years post Master’s degree.
Minimum 2 years holding a clinical license in mental health.
Holds a certification in at least one advanced clinical competency (e.g. EMDR, CADC, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care, Play therapy, Creative Arts Therapy), preferred.
Completed CEUs for Alcohol and Drug Counseling, preferred.
Meets the mental health licensing board’s requirements to supervise pre-licensed mental health counselors.
Evidence of emotional and spiritual maturity; compassion; ability to actively listen; ability to deal with crises; ability to work effectively in a team setting; commitment to values and mission of Redeemer Health.
LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Valid PA license in mental health (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Psychologist)
Current Child Abuse Clearance
Current Criminal Record check
Current FBI Clearance
