You will receive a steady flow of leads looking to buy and/or sell in Orange County, Buyers either Landlords or Tenants looking to purchase a home or investment property, and Sellers looking to list properties we currently manage. As a full-service residential Real Estate Broker and Property Management Company with 2500+ units under management, we are able to provide you income immediately with multiple lease listings per month, earn leasing commissions and begin building relationships with our Landlords.

Responsibilities:- Build, grow, and maintain client relationships
- Buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses
- Work alongside our Realtor team
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with high autonomy
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- Real Estate sales, property management, and leasing experience
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate use of SuiteCRM, AppFolio, ZipForms, and MLS
