Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Long-Term Care Travel Nursing
Ivory Medical is seeking Texas Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) available to support a Long-Term Care Facility in Lubbock, Texas for evening shifts (2:00pm - 10:00pm) beginning as soon as possible.
Our mission is to provide an exceptional patient care experience that promotes healing and recovery in a compassionate environment. We are seeking providers available for evening shift coverage (2p-10p) for 6 month assignments.

Opportunity Specifics:
- Contract Type: Travel Nursing (Long-Term Care)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Flexible 3 12-hour shifts per week
- Shift Availability: Evenings (2:00pm - 10:00pm)
Daily Responsibilities:
- Provides complex vocational nursing work. Work involves providing for the care, treatment, and general welfare of patients.
- May supervise the work of others. Works under general supervision, with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
- Works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, and performs Nursing duties within the assigned areas and assigned shift.
- Performs basic and complex nursing tasks to fulfill the health needs of the most medically fragile individuals, including the collection of lab work and other health screenings.
- Keeps informed of and follows all agency, facility and unit policies and procedures. Assists the RN Supervisor with on-the-job Nursing instruction and training of other new LVN's.
- Assists the Infection Control nurse by implementing measures that prevent the spread of disease, assists the QA Nurse in developing and implementing quality assurance programs, and assists in the implementation of therapeutic nursing programs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Active Texas State License
- Graduate of Accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing Program
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Experience in direct clinical care settings.
- Competent in advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc.
