San Antonio Winery is looking to hire Full-Time and Part-Time Line Cooks and Sous Chefs for our Italian Bistro and Tasting Room in Paso Robles.

Experience in Pastas, Grill, Pizzas, Salads, Sandwiches, and Sauces are a plus.

Responsibilities for Various Positions:

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Cook menu items by following recipes in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Proven cooking experience is required, including experience as a line cook or sous chef
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with industry’s best practices
• Bilingual in English is preferred but will consider Spanish Speaking only candidates.
• Food Handler Card - Company Paid Training Offered!
