We are looking for a Line Cook to join our family, someone who enjoys preparing fine dining cuisine and can anticipate the kitchen's needs. Ideal candidates are outgoing with a passion for food & hospitality.
Work alongside Gianni Vietina of Madeo Ristorante and Federico Fernandez of the Four Seasons at their restaurant, Bianca. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an all-day bakery, Bianca offers a menu influenced by the owners’ roots – Italian, Argentinean, French.
- Prep includes cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking the food
- Plate prepared foods based on Executive Chef's guidance
- Ensure top quality for all dishes leaving the kitchen
Must be available on weekends & experience in fine dining required.
