LGC is looking to expand its team of Line Cooks in the Lake Travis area!

Successful candidates will have previous hospitality experience, and a proven track record of professionalism, accountability, team commitment, and great customer service skills!

Skills:

All LGC employees must be in uniform and ready to work at the meeting area listed at the start time. Not doing so could comprise job eligibility. Every shift requires that you check in & out with onsite contact for hours verification. Possible responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.

Requirements:

· Previous experience for the various position that is chosen

· Attention to detail

· A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach

· Black Button-Up/Black Polo, Black Slacks, Black Non-Slip Shoes
