One produces southern inspired shareable food while the the other features wood burning pizza oven. Open Tuesday - Saturday, closed major holidays (Christmas, Christmas Eve). Hiring line cooks! We are open Tuesday- Saturday, 4-10 and provide major holidays off. Great team and opportunity to learn. Experience is a plus as we head into our busy events season this December, but not required so long as you are motivated to learn! Job Duties
- Ensure the preparation station and kitchen are set up and stocked.
- Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Report to the executive chef and follow instructions.
- Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
- Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
- Stock inventory and supplies.
- Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
