THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN BOULDER JUNCTION, WI

We are looking for a professional Line Cook/Prep Cook to prepare food to the chef’s specifications. Line Cook's duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions.
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
• Clean up station and stock inventory appropriately.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook.
• Work with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request.
• Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts.
• Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
