What is Little Blue Menu?

• Little Blue Menu is a new restaurant that Chick-fil-A serving delicious menu items such as wings, burgers, gourmet sides, and more! The best way to understand Little Blue Menu is to imagine a virtual food court where a variety of restaurant options are available for Customers to order from.
• Customers will be able to choose from a variety of menus, place a digital order for delivery or order over the counter at our Chick-fil-A, Church Street location and have it fulfilled by a Little Blue Menu facility.
• Chick-fil-A will be the “anchor” tenant in each facility by operating a kitchen and offering its signature menu items.

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes and use knowledge of cooking, meat temperatures and presentation to create a finished product that is consistent with dinner entrees.
• Produce all sauces and compounds and cook all food in the appropriate manner such as poaching, sauté, etc.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
• Prep food products using standard food preparation techniques.
• Ensure that all food is stored in proper containers and at proper storage and holding temperatures.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on quality control schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: Up to $19/hour

• 20-29
• 30-40 (Overtime available)

• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays required
• Day shift
• Night shift
