Job description

We are looking for an experienced litigation paralegal to join our legal team of attorneys and legal professionals. The ideal candidate should be an organized, professional, and results-oriented individual. This role will assist the attorney’s department, under the direct supervision of a licensed attorney, in conducting legal research and writing legal documents, providing typical Litigation Legal services and obtaining legal materials for staff attorneys and completing legal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, retaining, and organizing correspondence, legal documents, agreements, pleadings, letters, and electronic data.
• Maintaining docket filings for federal and state court cases.

Experience required:

• Federal and state litigation, and docketing rules and/or regulations.
• Experience in Personal Injury.
• Familiarity with class action law helpful.
• Proficiency in electronic court filings.
• Knowledge of litigation docketing/calendaring software preferred.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
