We are looking to add a LITIGATION PARALEGAL to our dynamic team! Our ideal candidate must have comprehensive knowledge about both Liability Insurance and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, have excellent attention to detail and can work both independently and on a team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff)
- Proactive
- Professional attitude
- Experience drafting motions
- E-file and service of pleadings
- Experience assisting with trial and hearing preparations
- Comprehension of liability issues
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients
- Effective communication with providers
- Ability to review medical & employment records
- Maintenance of docket calendar
- Excellent grammar
- Proofreading abilities
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, digital folders, and Foxit/Adobe.
- Local (position is in-office)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent Spanish speaker
