Join our excellent team of professionals to help meet the medical, social and spiritual needs of the people we serve. Warde Campus in Windham, NH, is currently a 49-bed Assisted Living community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility offering short and long-term care in a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. We also have 21 brand new independent living apartments that provide an affordable living option to our community. We are excited for this newest addition of services which will enhance our campus and overall continuum of services. We are proud to be part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire.


We currently have a full time opening for a Licensed Medication Nursing Assistant for our Assisted Living Unit. We are offering a sign-on bonus for this position ($1500 for 37.5 hours/week and $1200 for 30 hours/week) and we will pay you based on your experience and offer you a great work environment with generous benefits, including 401(k) plan, medical, dental, life and disability insurance, along with other fringe benefits.


Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to;


  • Assess, plan, implement and monitor resident care to ensure that care needs are being met
  • Follow the resident care plan, recommend change as appropriate
  • Seek direction from supervisors as needed and consult with the resident’s attending physician
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Treat residents with kindness and dignity while respecting resident rights and privacy at all times
  • Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses, LNAs and LMNAs and the care provided to residents on the assigned unit.

Requirements:


  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have received first dose prior to starting
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Graduate of an approved Nursing Assistant Training Program and currently licensed as a Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Board of Nursing
