We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Only hungry, humble, and smart badasses need to apply.

Responsibilities and goals you will own:

• Account for all inbound and outbound shipments
• Packing and shipping of orders - D2C, Bulk Wholesale, Freight, etc
• Product inventory preparation - counting, folding, bagging, labeling, boxing
• Coordinate transfers with the production team
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Packing and unpacking items
• Interface with 3PL by creating and managing ASN's
• Interact with e-commerce software for inventory management, processing of returns, SKU planning
• Work with internal e-commerce team to track, problem-solve issues. Assist in ideating and implementing new processes to prevent issues and improve operations.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure shipping deadlines are met and all issues are effectively communicated and resolved
• Work closely with partners, including 3PL partners, to streamline communication and drive process and quality
• Serve as an advocate for the consumer experience from the time of project ideation to post-sale engagement
• Liaise with customer service teams to proactively approach projects pre and post fulfillment, ensuring they have the latest details to work from to provide exemplary customer experiences
• Produce and distribute frequent receiving, shipping, and inventory reports, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Proactively identify operational problems, project-related issues, changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise; facilitate problem resolution with appropriate parties
• Work directly with our client reps to make sure end customers are happy with their orders and overall experience.

Experience and requirements:

• Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand, squat, kneel, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in-person and by phone; use hands repetitively to operate standard warehouse equipment; reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
• Required understanding and experience of GoogleApps - Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs
• Excellent verbal and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems logically and critically
• Indoor and Outdoor building working environments. The role is mostly in a non-climate controlled warehouse space, where temperatures will rise in the summer months.
• Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills
• Prior experience within a logistics environment is a plus
• Overall awareness of independent music culture, fashion and merchandise is also a plus.
