We are seeking reliable DISPATCHERS who have experience with dispatching BOX TRUCKS and HOTSHOTS. A dispatcher will serve as the first point of contact and communication for incoming calls; will be responsible for receiving requests, transmitting messages, and tracking vehicles during their routes. The information you share must be clear and easily understood to ensure drivers know where they are going and what to expect when they arrive. Has to be familiar with how to use load boards, complete Carrier Broker Agreements, very prompt & fast, communicate with drivers and brokers in a timely manner. One who has the ability to multi task and bid on loads quickly. You must be able to take appropriate action with little supervision. Experience with Drayage Dispatch is a great plus!

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a DISPATCHER (either CDL or NON-CDL)
• MUST HAVE experience dispatching BOX TRUCKS and HOTSHOTS.
• Great advantage if you have experience dispatching other equipment like Power Only, Dry Van, and etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Rapid and accurate typing with experience in data entry
• Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with exceptional communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Can work remotely with minimal supervision

NO experience with the following WILL NOT be considered:

• Dispatching Box Trucks and Hotshots
• Looking for loads and negotiating rate
• Commission based.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
