Logistics Innovation Assistant / Assistant Manager

· Assess and analyze risks/issues in the warehouses and develop solutions for them such as high costs, unrealized profit opportunities, and inefficient processes.

· Create logistics process improvement plans that will create more efficient procedures for the warehouses.

· Find out if the amount of resources spent on a specific function in the warehouses are appropriate and plausible.

· Identify functions in the warehouse that are consuming an abnormal amount of resources, provide detailed reports on findings, and create alternative solutions and how each solution will be implemented effectively.

· Report results over time following the completion of tasks/projects.

· Advise LX Pantos and LG Electronics management what our current process is and how it is changing.

· Monitor warehouse operations, collect warehouse data, and create analytical reports.

· Ensure efficiency, high quality, and timeliness for all warehouses.

· Analyze the costs and benefits on all business processes in the warehouses.

· Develop data/information management systems for logistics process improvements.

· Generate plans on how to execute innovative logistic solutions.

· Communicate with carriers and produce daily status reports to clients.

· Propose methods to minimize gaps and weaknesses in warehouse operations.

· Strategically plan logistics process improvement plans based on analytical findings.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management

· Familiar with or able to learn SAP, MS Office & other logistics related systems (TMS – Transportation Management System / WMS – Warehouse Management System)

· Excellent communication and strong organizational skills

· Analytical, logical and self-motivated

· Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining structure and attention to detail

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
