We are currently going through a period of rapid growth and this growth has led to the opening of an experienced Logistics Manager.

JOB OVERVIEW

Ensures all shipping within the country and outside the country are executed correctly, efficiently and according to the CBP regulations.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Plans import/export routes, manages transportation, analyzes cost, and processes shipments of luxury items (precious metals, diamonds, gemstones, watches and jewelries)

• Ensure all shipments are compliant with CBP regulations

• Negotiate with shipping suppliers

• Follow up with shipping logistics until the shipment is complete.

• Responds in a timely manner to any issues or complaints

• Shipping large volumes/values to/from shows

• Ship luxury goods on TIB/Carnet

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with shipping luxury goods on TIB / Carnet
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, logistics, supply chain, or related field
• Must have 10 years relevant experience as a logistics manager in the luxury industry
• Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles and tools used
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, any other additional language is a plus

• 8 hour shift
