To manage the activities of Logistics Control Tower and Transportation activities.

• Uplift Risk Monitor
• Arrival Risk Monitor
• Tracking Monitor
• Delay / Risk Process Monitor
• Delivered late W/O reason code
• Expedite / Critical shipments

Able to interpret and develop process flows and system designs.

Communicate requirements and guidelines to business unit and IT teams

Able to run performance reports, identify opportunities for improvements and root cause analysis.

Ability to communicate and present overall performance, follow detailed work instructions and cross train peers

Duties:

To manage OTM system. Analytical ability system to find out the correct result and fix issue with IT. Follow up with appointed freight forwarding to follow on OTM planning. Analyze OTM report and follow up the missing milestone/Event from appointed freight forwarding. Analytical ability to do proactive decision / planning to ensure shipment On Time delivery. Highlight any delivery issues that impacting shipment On Time Performance.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics supply chain or related field. Computer literate, apply advanced English skills to communicate effectively in written and verbal communication. Basic attributes include a self-starting individual with high motivation and work ethic. Must be multi-task oriented and flexible to assist in a variety of tasks and relate easily with all levels of personnel and customers. Collaborate effectively.
