Growing practice in search of self-starting clinician!

This position is ideal for a clinician seeking to get into private practice and build their caseload without wanting the hassle of starting their own practice. SET YOUR OWN FEE AND SCHEDULE. Position is for a 1099 contractor.

Compensation is income based with an increasing fee split. 60/40 split up to $2000, 70/30 split up to $5000, and 80/20 split for any income over $5000 (per biweekly pay period).

If you average 10 clients per week at $100 / session, your take home would be $2400 / month.
If you average 20 clients per week at $100 / session, your take home would be $5,200 / month.
If you average 35 clients per week at $100 / session, your take home would be $9,800 / month.

Qualifications include:
- Master’s Degree
- LPC or LPC-Associate license in good standing
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Self-starter with an independent work ethic

Responsibilities include:
- Completing intake, assessment, and evaluation for new clients
- Treatment planning, case conceptualization and implementation
- Monitoring client progress and referring when necessary
- Administration (writing progress notes and scheduling client appointments)
- Self-marketing (via therapist directories, word of mouth, etc)
- Conducting in-person and virtual-video sessions at client's preference

Provisions include:
- Fully furnished personal therapy space
- Shared office space, waiting room, and bathroom (utilities / internet included)
- Simple Practice EHR
- Some marketing (Google advertising, practice website, some client referrals within practice)
