LPL Administrative Assistant/Producer Assistant
Job description
As an LPL Administrative Assistant / Producer Assistant you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will help onboard new clients and prepare paperwork for their accounts. You will assist colleagues and executives by being the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Complete LPL paperwork and forms
- Onboard new clients
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of clients
- Support and facilitate the processing of applications
- Maintain the e-filing system
- Undertake receptionist duties
- Miscellaneous tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a professional office environment
- Need to be proficient in LPL Clientworks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Client support experience
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Knowledge of Salesforce and LPL ClientWorks
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Detail oriented and organized
- Able to prioritize workflow and good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities. Specifically, the incumbent must be able to juggle multiple priorities in a heavy workload environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Edison, NJ 08837: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
