Job Summary

• Provides general care and education to patient (s).
• Performs tasks including scheduling, record-keeping and maintaining supply inventory.

General Accountabilities

• Takes patient vital signs.
• Coordinates visits and paperwork for patient/doctor visits.
• Assists doctors, nurses, and therapists with procedures.
• Phone Triage
• Administer vaccines
• Records and reports symptoms.
• Reviews patient charts and records essential information including medical past and history, reactions, treatments, etc.
• Educates patient on current health issues.
• Practices safety and health code standards.
• Performs jobs assigned by head nurses and doctors as directed.

· During Flu clinic, required to work an additional shift at least 1 day a week to cover clinics.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Vocational, technical nursing training
• Minimum Experience: 1+ year
• Minimum Field of Expertise: LPN licensure
• Updated COVID Vaccine
