Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Supervises and directs nursing services on one or more units in a facility. Evaluates plans implements and executes resident care and directs all activities in order to provide quality service. Maintains close contact with residents families and staff while coordinating nursing services with all other disciplines. Performs other duties as assigned.
