Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full Time, Days Position in the Progressive Care Unit at Northwest Health - Porter Hospital
- Full time: 36 hours per week, 12 hour shifts
- Nights: 7a-7p
- $20,000 Sign on Bonus

About this unit:
- 30 bed unit, 5:1 patient to nurse ratio.
- This unit is a great starting point for RNs interested in specializing in an ICU or Trauma area
This is a fast paced area that acts as critical care step-down from ICU, which includes cardiac and neuro patients, as well as patients at an acuity too high for med/surg

Licensure & Certification:
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in the State of Indiana.
- BLS certification must be maintained while in this position
- ACLS certification within 12 months of being hired
