LVN/Registered Nurse – Pediatric Private Duty Shifts in Rosharon
Job description
Looking for passionate Licensed Vocational Nurses and Registered Nurses to join our Home Health Nursing Team for PERMANENT WEEKDAY AND WEEKEND DAY SHIFTS. The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for delivering care to the pediatric population and delivery of quality care from the agency down to the client care level in the home setting. The LVN/RN will focus on the medical needs and medical treatment that is ordered for the patient, in their homes or other locations requested by the families of the patients. The LVN/RN will be expected to assess their patients' conditions multiple times during every shift. The LVN may also be responsible for the use, care and maintenance of Gastrostomy tubes, supplemental oxygen, medication administration and respiratory care. The LVN/RN operates under the direction of the Supervising Registered Nurse.
Requirements:
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in Texas
- 6 months home health care as an LVN preferred
- Current CPR card, driver's license and auto liability insurance
